Welcome to my website. A short introduction, I am a physician who struggled with weight issues throughout most of her life. When I dug deep into the science I realized that I didn't have to feel hungry to lose weight and I didn't have to eat a diet filled with foods that are not healthy for us. This is why I created The Mack Diet.

I want to help others who are having weight management concerns. The Mack Diet is more than just a diet, it is a lifestyle. I will provide information on weight loss and tips to help prevent weight gain.
